Profile

My hands-on experience in golf course management coupled by an education from
Pennsylvania State University, have helped guide me to this point of success in my career.
I have gained the knowledge, leadership capabilities, and high level of golf course management skills that will amply enable me to produce results in the future.

In addition to my passion for turfgrass, I love playing golf and understand how the course should play to its membership. I welcome all feedback and opinions from the membership on course conditioning and playability.

I am very knowledgeable in managing and implementing cultural practices as a result of my experience gained at well-regarded clubs like Atlanta Country Club, East Lake Golf Club, and my current lead-role at Glen Arven Country Club. Over many seasons, I have conducted a variety of agronomic and construction processes on complex playing surfaces that have consistently resulted in excellent course conditions.

Specifically at Glen Arven, I have transformed an underachieving facility to a world class golfing experience through sound interpersonal, agronomic, and business leadership. The results are outstanding golf course conditioning, and unsurpassed membership satisfaction. Utilizing strategies learned from numerous books, mentorship via best-in-industry leaders, and rigorous agronomic standards, our team produces better than ever conditioning on a daily basis.

I am confident in my professional talents and strive to advance my career as a superintendent for a club committed to excellence.
